Cloaker tricks the engines into thinking you have many, many more pages. And these pages are all optimized to rank more highly in the engine's results. That said, it's impossible to accurately predict how long it will take for your site to be listed in the engines. Simply presenting content to the engines doesn't guarantee that you will be in the engines within X days (and any service or site that promises you such guarantees is assuredly a scam).

Getting your site listed depends on many factors, including the content you display, how many links you have to your site from other sites (your "popularity" rank), what type of site you are promoting, if you have a unique domain name, if your site currently has any listings in the engines, how frequently spiders visit, and so on. Generally, it takes from several days to several weeks for you to notice sizable results from Cloaker -- but, once you do get listed, traffic will build, and typically remain for a long time.
